Precision Steel is certified by the CWB to CSA Standard 47.1 "Certification of Companies for Fusion Welding of Steel"

Canadian Institute of Steel Construction
Precision Steel is a steel fabrication member of the CISC and abides by it's code of ethics and by-laws.

Quasar
Precision Steel's Quality Program is registered and audited by Quasar to the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction Steel Fabrication Quality System Guidelines.

Manufacturers Health and Safety
Precision Steel's Health and Safety Program is certified and audited by the MHSA.

Welding and Quality Control

• All Fabrication Shop Welding Personnel are CWB Certified Welders
• The Shop Foreman and the Quality Manager are both CWB Certified Welding Supervisors
• The Quality Manager has completed Welding Inspection Level 3 at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology
• The Quality Manager is a NACE International Certified Coating Inspector.
